I couldn’t be happier with the work Keane did on my backyard! They completely transformed the space into something beautiful and inviting. One thing I especially love is the way they laid the rocks—it looks so natural and well thought out, adding such a nice touch to the whole design. The team was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted.
PREDATORY CRIMINALS !!! Had 8k worth of landscaping done, but everything kept dying. Was told that it was the weather. Then was told it was my soil. Reviewed my RING camera and found out that the landscape crew was spraying groundclear herbicide!! When I finally was able to reach someone, I was told that their crews don't user herbicide. When I sent him the video, he changed his tune and said that his groudclear herbicide only kills weeds!!! When I tried to inform him that's not how groundclear works, he became dismissive and said if I wanted new plants that I would have to pay extra for them.If you've received the same story about the weather and your soil not being sustainable, check your security cameras!!!And if you're a municipality, business or sport team - I would seriously reconsider any contracts you have that would support this criminal behavior !!!
We had a great experience with Hayden and Keane Landscaping! They were very punctual and did an amazing job on our front landscaping. We also had them replace our sod and add outdoor lighting! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Keane responded quickly to my online quote request and came out to the house to walk through what I was looking to get addressed.The contracts sent were generic, not itemized, and not detailed to my specific property, which caused some confusion and misunderstanding of what work was covered in the cost.3 separate crews were sent out with no communication prior to their arrival. This led to alarm 2 of the 3 times, and unawareness of what had been done the 3rd time.Emails and phone calls were made to the office and responses were not received. I was finally able to text with the office, after going through one of the foreman (from one of the 3 previously mentioned crews), and get an explanation of cost and work done.The crews themselves were respectful, quiet, did quality work, and picked up after themselves. That being said, the subpar customer service following the initial quote will keep me from continuing service with Keane.
Keane Landscaping has been doing our service for about nine months now. I like that I can have my lawn weekly maintenance, flower beds and fertilization/weed control all done through one company. Maurice Keane has helped me with landscaping. sod, stone around our shed and changing out the flowers for different seasons. The crews that come to my house do an excellent job. Although they are a large company and have large commercial customers, they also take care of their residential customers as well. We just had our fall colors installed today and couldn't be happier. Thank you, Maurice and crews for taking care of us!
We had a major overhaul done to our small backyard; a regrade with drain install to mitigate flooding risk, a new stone paver patio, and fence install. Keane was helpful and knowledgable in the planning process; breaking our project into distinct phases and estimates. Alan Nino, our project manager, was responsive and collaborative as, with any major project, there were unforeseen challenges that had to be overcome on the fly. The work performed was high quality and the crews are highly skilled. Honestly, the fence exceeded my wildest expectations and the regrade has solved our drainage concerns. The patio is lovely, and as planned, Keane left us in a great spot to think through and plan future phases of improvement. You definitely get your money's worth. Because landscaping is typically costly and complex, I would advise the homeowner is at the home while the work is being performed.
